Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)

You arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport. Glacier Nepal treks representative welcomes you at the airport and takes you to the hotel by privet vehicle. After a short rest, You will meet the guide at our office. you may have some questions about trekking he will give you an answer to the question. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : Stay in Kathmandu for the official procedure

Exploring Kathmandu Sightseeing Points – Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa & Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), and Kathmandu Durbar Square. evening some paperwork and your trekking guide will check your gear and outfit.

Day 3 : Kathmandu to Charikot / Dolakha (1,860m/6,102ft) : 7 hours

After having breakfast we have to drive about 7 hours from Kathmandu to Dolkha. we will head towards the northeast highway which high way we called Araniko high way which connects Kathmandu to Lhasa. We will leave the highway and then take the way to Jiri which highway leads to Dolkha and we will camp near the  Dolkha Bhimshen Temple. Overnight camp.

Day 4 : Dolakha to Shingati (9,50m/3,116ft) 6-7 hours.

After having breakfast we should have to descend through the village and terrace field on the way after lunch easy path up to Shingati. Overnight camp.

Day 5 : Shingati to Jagat (1,400 m/4,593ft) 5-6 hours.

After having breakfast we passed a village walking through a forest and the Bhote Koshi river. We will get the chance to see Gauri Shanker Himal 7145m from Shigati Bazzar head to continue Jagat. Overnight camp.

Day 6 : Jagat to Simigaon (1,996 m/6,548ft) 5-6 hours.

After having breakfast today we need to descend on an impressive slop and cross terrace field then we will arrive at Simigaon Sherpa village here peoples are mostly Buddhist but in some of the parts we can find Hindu peoples also. Overnight camp.

Day 7 : Simigaon to Gyalache/ Dowang (3,000m/9,842ft) 5-6 hours.

After having breakfast from Simigaon we will trek to the Rolwaling valley we walk through the rhododendron forest and descend up to Gyalache from Gylce to descend down to the riverside we will camp nearby the Rolwaling Khola.Overnight camp.

Day 8 : Gyalache/Dowang to Beding (3,693m/12,116ft) 3-6 hours.

After having breakfast we will gradually climb with magnificent views of mountains across the natural and flat terrace then we finally reach Bedding here we can visit the ochre-colored monastery at this village. Overnight camp.

Day 9 : Beding to Nagaon (4,183m/13,723ft) 3-4 hours.

After having breakfast today we have a short and easy walk up to Na. we pass only inhabited only summertime magnificent views of Chobutse 6685m and Chugima 6685m. Overnight camp at Na Gaon.

Day 10 : Excursion on Yalung Ri Base Camp (4,900m/16,076ft) 5-6 hours

Today is our acclimatization day but after having breakfast we can do an excursion to Yalung la pass and back to Na.Afternoon relaxing overnight stay at Nagaon

Day 11 : Nagaon to Tsho- Rolpa (4,500m/14,763ft ) 3-4 hours.

After having breakfast the trail gradually up to a high lake named Tsho Rolpa lake and on the side we can see the Rolwaling glacier. Overnight camp beside Tsho Rolpa lake. Overnight stay at Tsho-Rolpa.

Day 12 : Tsho- Rolpa to 1st Glacier Camp (4,650m/15,255ft) 2 hours.

After having breakfast we need to descend and then flow the glacier within short reached to 1st glacier. Overnight at camp

Day 13 : 1st Glacier to 2nd Glacier (5,010m/16,437ft) 7-8 hours.

After having breakfast today we need to walk through the glacier up t and down up to the second camp.  Before reaching the 2nd glacier campsite we need to use to rope for climbing. Overnight at 2nd glacier campsite.

Day 14 : 2nd Glacier to Tashi – Labtsa Pass (5,710m/18,733ft) and Tashi-Labttsa camp (5,610m/18,405ft) 7-8 hours

Having breakfast too early in the morning today is most difficult for us because we have to cross Tashi –Labtse Pass 5710m and descend about 100m and overnight camp.

Day 15 : Tashi-LbtsaClimb camp to Thengbo (4,350m/14,270ft) 4-5 hours.

After having breakfast, so we trek down all the way descend to Thengbo. It takes 7-8 to reach the Thengbo. Overnight stay at Thengbo.

Day 16 : Thengpo to Thame (3,820m/12,532ft) 4-5 hours.

After having breakfast we cross the river and walk through the rhododendron, a pine forest with terraced fields. Overnight camp at Thame.
 

Day 17 : Thame to Namche Bazaar (3,444m/11,299ft) 5-6 hours.

After having breakfast we will trek about 3 hours through the rhododendron forest and reach Namache. Namche has one of the oldest monasteries in this region you might want to pray a lot of energy. Overnight camp.

Day 18 : Namche to Lukla (2,850m/9,350ft) 7-8 hours.

Today is the last day of trekking, it steeps downhill until the Dudh Kosi river. A passing couple of suspension bridges we exit Sagarmatha national park. Keep walking down to Thadekosi, this is the lowest point of the Everest base camp trek. then the ascent to Lukla. Overnight at Lukla

Day 19 : Fly back to kathmandu

After having breakfast, fly back to Kathmandu. Take you to the hotel. After taking shower, you can visit Thamel for shopping.  In the evening we have a farewell dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural dance. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 20 : Final Departure

This is your final day in Nepal. Glacier Nepal treks representative will drop you at Tribhuwan international airport by privet vehicle. Home sweet home.
